Juniper Berries

Juniper berries are a popular flavoring agent in home brewing of both red and white wines, as well as beer. They impart a distinct Juniper flavor that is both sweet and slightly bitter. Juniper berries can be purchased either fresh or dried, and are available from most home brewing supply stores.
