Sorachi Ace IPA
Sorachi Ace is a really unique dual purpose hop with flavours of dill, bubblegum and lemon with a smooth and rounded bitterness. This IPA showcases these flavours with a malty base and a clean ferment from US-05 yeast.

Sorachi Ace 25g Dry hop 3-5 days
Mash in at 65°C for 60-90 minutes, then raise the temperature to 75°C for 10 minutes. Drain off the wort and sparge, collecting around 30 litres of wort. Bring the wort to the boil adding in the hops at the prescribed times. Cool quickly and then pitch rehydrated yeast. Ferment at 18-20°C for 7 days or until final gravity is reached, then add the dry hops. If possible, cold crash for a few days then bottle or keg.
