It produces heavy tropical punch notes of overripe mango, papaya and pineapple. It’s very complex due to the harmony of the many strains of yeast and bacteria included in this blend. Expected final pH if used in a 0 IBU wort: 3.3-3.6

How to use: Rehydrate the contents of the packet in 1.040 wort, or water (preferably at 30 degrees Celcius ) for 30 – 90 minutes before pitching
