Refund and Returns Policy


We take pride in all of the products we stock so we are sure you will love them! If anything arrives damaged or there is something missing please call our warehouse on 0151 374 2833 or email [email protected]. We will make sure that you go away a happy customer no matter what! If you want to return then please send us an email and we will arrange a courier to collect the items. For any problems out of your control, we will cover the full cost of the return. For lightweight items under 2kg, we will also pay for the return postage. If you want to return something it must be unused. We ask you to be reasonable with returns, we expect you to contact us in less than 30 days but we are fair and will often be flexible with this.


Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Please contact us if you have not received your refund and we will investigate.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected] and send you your replacement.
